摘要
目的观察电针治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效。方法选36例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者,采用电针以疏密波刺激患侧肌群受力大、易于损伤的部位,以求更有效改善水肿、疼痛及关节活动障碍。结果连续治疗8周后,治愈2例,显效18例,好转15例,无效1例,总有效率97.22%。结论电针刺激患侧肌群特殊部位治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征思路新颖,效果显著,有效提高了患者的康复效果和生活质量。
Objective Observing the effect of electroacupuncture by stimulating specific parts of muscles of patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods 36 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were treated with electroacupuncture by stimulating affected muscles under the condensation-rarefaction wave. Results After 8 weeks＇ treatment,2 of the patients were cured,18 of them were improved noticeably,15 cases got better slightly,and 1 case showed no improvement. Conclusion Stimulating specific part of affected muscles with electroacpuncture could relax the abnormal muscle tension,improve the local nerve-blood circulation,and facilitate the recovery of the central nervous system.
