Determination of 14 Kinds of Major and Minor Elements in Sulfide Ore by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 采用高压消解罐-王水溶样前处理硫化物矿石样品,ICP-AES法测定了硫化物矿GBW07163标准物质中的14种常微量元素的含量,确定了最佳工作条件,选择了最佳分析谱线。实验结果表明,方法线性相关系数良好,可同时测定硫化物矿石中的常微量元素,方法检出限低,精密度高,分析结果与标准值相吻合,可以满足地矿检测的需求。 After the sulfide ore of GBW07163 was digested using aqua regia and a high pressure digestion tank, 14 kinds of major and minor elements in it were measured by an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The optimal working conditions and best analysis spectral lines were determined. The result showed that the measurement values matched the certi{ied value of GBW07163. This method has a good linear coefficient and can be used to simultaneously measure the common elements in sulfide ore. The method has low detection limit and high precision and can meet the requirement for analysis of mining and geological samples.
