摘要 文章对钙敏感受体（Calcium-sensing receptor,CaSR）的结构、分布、生理功能及其与疾病的关系做了简要介绍.并详细地阐述了在不同的细胞上,CaSR通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPKs）通路引起的生理或者病理的变化. The article summarizes the calcium-sensing receptor（CaSR） structure, distribution, physiological function and its relationship with disease. And it provides more details on physiological or pathological changes induced by CaSR through MAPK signaling pathway in different cells.
