摘要 服务创新对于企业保持竞争优势和持续满足顾客需求具有重要意义,是学术界和管理界共同关注的问题。文章对5市的325家服务企业作调查,对IT能力、知识共享、服务创新能力和服务质量的关系进行了实证研究。
