摘要
多元主体参与共同治理是社会管理创新的重要路径。美国学校公民教育强调学生公民作为主体参与社群事务,帮助学生在参与社群中养成公民资质。本文对美国学校公民资质教育理论、实践以及相关文献展开研究,对学校公民参与社群管理相关案例进行了梳理,对参与探讨地方公共议题、参与关注特殊群体,以及参与社群事务管理等案例进行了阐释。我国学校教育应帮助学生在参与社群中为人民服务,对一系列志愿活动项目进行服务学习式的转化,从而培育中国特色社会主义公民。
Multiple subjects involved in co-governance is an important path to social management innovation. Civic education in the United States stresses that student citizens participate in community affairs as the subjects, helping students to develop citizenship. Based on the study of American school citizenship education theory, practice and related literature, this paper summarizes the community management related cases in the school citizen participation. Through interpretation of cases in the participation of local public issues, the special interest groups and community affairs management practice, beneficial enlightenment can be generated to us: serving the people in the community, service learning style transformation of a series of volunteer activities, so as to cultivate the socialist citizens with Chinese characteristics.
