摘要
新中国成立以来,伴随着我国经济社会的发展,基本公共服务的差距从小到逐步扩大,再到逐步缩小,基本公共服务差异化状况是先恶化后改进,呈倒"U"型。影响均等化的因素主要来自政治、经济、社会和文化诸方面,多种因素在不同时期的不断变化,相互影响,决定着公共服务均等化的演变路径。公共服务均等化状况是政治、经济、社会和文化因素合力作用的结果。
Since the founding of People＇s Republic society, the gap of basic public service changed from of China and with the development of economy and small to escalate and then wind-down. That means the inequality condition of basic public service declined first and improved then, which like the shape of the letter of upside-down U. All these changes result in the political, economical, social and cultural factors. The effect of these factors is not the same in different time and the interaction of these factors determine the evolution route of the equalization of public service. In other words, the equalization of public service is the compromise result of all the nolitical, economical , social and cultural factors.
