摘要
从总体上说,中国环保产业目前仍处于发展初期。文章研究发现,中国环保产业仍存在投资总量不足、融资来源和投资主体单一、投资效率低下等问题。推动我国环保产业的可持续发展,还需积极拓展投融资思路,实施创新性的环保产业投融资策略。文章对此进行了分析阐述,提出了加大财税政策支持力度,扩大环保产业投资需求,拓宽投融资渠道等多种策略选择。
On the whole, the environmental protection industry in China is still in an initial stage of development. This paper argues that this industry has the following problems： investment is not enough, financing sources and investors have to be diversified, and investment returns are poor. In order to promote sustainable development of the industry, new ideas have to be developed on investment and financing, and innovative strat- egies should be carried out. This paper discusses these issues and suggests many strategic choices such as in- creasing government fiscal and tax policy support, expanding investment in the environmental protection industry, and increasing the sources of investment and financing.
