胃支气管源性囊肿一例被引量：3

摘要患者女，46岁，因进食后饱胀伴反酸半年余收治入院。患者既往史无特殊。入院体检未见明显阳性体征，血常规、肝、肾功能、电解质无明显异常，神经元特异性烯醇化酶16．35ng/ml。胃镜检查：胃底近贲门后壁见一隆起型病变，山田Ⅰ型，大小约2cm×2cm，表面黏膜光滑，
