BMP2和BMP4及受体BMPR1A、BMPR2在口腔扁平苔藓患者外周血单个核细胞中的表达

摘要 目的:检测BMP2、BMP4及受体BMPR1A、BMPR2在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)的表达。方法:用RT-PCR检测强的松治疗前后46名OLP患者和32名健康人PBMCs中BMP2、BMP4及BMPR1A、BMPR2的mRNA的表达水平。结果:OLP患者与对照组相比,BMP2 mRNA升高(P<0.05),BMPR2 mRNA降低(P<0.01),而BMP4及BMPR1A mRNA无明显差异(P>0.05)。网纹型OLP患者中BMP2 mRNA高于对照组(P<0.05),BMPR2 mRNA水平低于对照组(P<0.01);糜烂型OLP患者中BMP2 mRNA未发现改变,BMPR2 mRNA低于对照组(P<0.05)。强的松治疗后,OLP患者BMP2及BMPR1A mRNA升高(P<0.05),其中网纹型OLP患者BMPR1A升高(P<0.05),糜烂型OLP患者BMP2升高(P<0.05)。结论:OLP患者在PBMCs中BMP的异常表达,而强的松治疗对BMP表达有影响,且不同临床分型表达不同。 Objective: To study the mRNA expression of BMP2, BMP4, BMPR1A and BMPR2 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with oral lichen planus(OLP). Methods: BMP2, BMP4, BMPR1A and BMPR2 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells isolated from 32 healthy controls and 46 OLP subjects before and after treatment with prednisone were detected by real-time RT-PCR. Results: Compared with controls, the expression level of BMP2 mRNA in OLP subjects was higher( P 〈 0.05 ), BMPR2 mRNA was lower( P 〈0.01 ). BMP2 mRNA in reticular OLP subjects was higher than that in the controls( P 〈 0.05 ) and BMPR2 mRNA was lower(P 〈 0.01 ). In all OLP patients prednisone treatment increased the mRNA expression of BMP2 and BMPR1A (P 〈 0.05 ). In reticular OLP patients prednisone promoted BMPR1A mRNA expression( P 〈 0.05 ), in erosive OLP patients prednisone increased BMP2 expression (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Predominant is effective in the treatment of OLP by regulation of BMP2, BMPR1A and BMPR2 expression.
