铜镍对低铬白口铸铁腐蚀磨损性能的影响

Effects of Copper and Nickel on Corrosion-wear Performance of Low Chromium White Cast Iron

摘要 采用自制的且可实时测定腐蚀电位的腐蚀磨损试验机研究了低铬白口铸铁的腐蚀磨损特性,以及铜和镍对其腐蚀磨损特性的影响。结果表明:低铬白口铸铁中加入铜和镍可以明显提高其腐蚀电位,从而降低其腐蚀磨损量(即提高了耐磨性)。在pH=5的弱酸性浆料中,低铬白口铸铁的腐蚀磨损机制为剥落腐蚀。在pH=10的弱碱性浆料中。 The corrosion-wear performances of low chromium white cast iron and effects of copper and nickel on its corrosion-wear performances were studied by self-made corrosion-wear tester which cans real-time measure the corrosion potential of samples. The results show that the corrosion potential of low chromium white cast iron can be increased when copper and nickel were added into it. Its weightless can be decreased, i.e. the wear resistance will be increased during corrosion-wear test. The corrosion-wear mechanism of low chromium cast iron is exfoliation corrosion when the test slurry is faintly acid(pH=5), and the corrosion-wear mechanism is the combined action of wear and corrosion when the test slurry is alkalescent(pH= 10).
