摘要
研究了Si含量变化对7075铝合金显微组织、显微硬度和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,Si的加入使7075铝合金第二相粒子增多;Si主要以杂质相形态弥散分布在晶粒内或位于晶界处;随着Si含量增加,7075铝合金表面显微硬度增加,拉伸强度和伸长率先增加后减小;Si含量为0.2%时,7075铝合金拉伸强度达到621.3MPa,伸长率为14.5%,拉伸性能达到最佳。
The effect of Si content on the structure, microhardness and tensile property of 7075 aluminum alloy was studied The results show that the addition of Si makes the second phase particles in 7075 aluminum alloy increase; Si element mainly distributes diffusely within grains or at grain boundary in the form of impurity phase; with the increase of Si content, the microhardness of the alloy increases, tensile strength and elongation first increases and then decreases. When Si content is 0.2%, the tensile strength of 7075 aluminum alloy is 621.3 MPa, the elongation is 14.5%, the tensile property is at best.
