摘要
根据重油催化裂化 (RFCC)原料及产品的硫分布情况 ,分析探讨硫化物在分子筛催化剂上的转化机理 ,并分析总结改善重油催化裂解脱硫的各种途径 ;由此可见选取合适的催化剂、在催化剂上附加脱硫活性组份、添加SOX 转移催化剂、改善操作条件 (反应温度、空速、剂油比 )等
Based on the sulphuric distribution of the feedstock and products of residue flow catalytic cracking(RFCC),the sulphides translating mechanisms on the zeolite catalysts are analysed and probed, and various paths improving RFCC desulphur are analysed and summarized.It will be seen from this that selecting suitable catalyst, adding desulphur active components on catalyst, adding SOx trars-catalyst, improving operation conditions (reactive temperature, space velocity, rate of catalyst and oil) are simple and practical.
