摘要
详细介绍了中石化沧州炼油厂三级转化克劳斯硫磺回收装置的工艺原理及流程、装置特点及操作工况。硫磺回收装置经过近一年的运行 ,状况良好 ,标定实验认为 ,CT6- 4B催化剂的应用可使装置总硫转化率达 97%以上 ,有机硫水解率达 96%以上。CT6- 4B催化剂在运行过程中体现了良好的克劳斯活性、有机硫水解活性、活性稳定性 ,以及良好的抗“漏氧”性能和低温活性使用性能。
The paper reviews in detail the principle,processing characteristics and operation condition of three-reactor sulfur recovery unit in Cangzhou Refinery of SINOPEC.The unit has been in good operation conditions since running for one year.The standardization test shows that the total sulfur conversion is >97%,and the hydrolysis rate of organic sulfur is >96% by using CT6-4B.It possesses high Claus reaction activity,hydrolysis ability of organic sulfur,stability and good anti-sulfation as well as low temperature resistance properties.
