摘要
GIS内除了能传递TEM波之外,还存在高次模波分量,如TE11波和TM01波。这些模态之间将相互转换,因此导致分析局部放电特高频信号在GIS内部传播的衰减特性变得困难。为此笔者对特高频信号的各种模态电磁波进行了仿真研究,分析了它们在各种典型GIS管道结构中的模态转换规律,以及GIS筒体结构对特高频电磁波信号在传播过程中所造成的影响,从而揭示了各种模态的特高频电磁波在GIS中传播的规律,解释了局部放电信号在GIS内部各种结构的传播衰减特性,并用试验进行验证。
There exists higher order modes of electromagnetic wave(EM-wave), such as TE11and TM01, in GIS except transverse EM-wave. Moreover, the mode transformation occurs while the EM-wave passes a typical structure of GIS, and different mode of EM-wave shows different attenuation characteristic. Hence,it is difficult to analyze the propagation attenuation of UHF PD signal. In this study, the high frequency structure simulator(HFSS) is adopted to simulate the propagation process of different mode of UHF EM-wave for discovering the propagation characteristics and interpreting the propagation attenuation of PD signal in GIS tank. Simulation results coincide with the experimental ones.
