摘要
应用水力振荡器可有效降低滑动钻进钻具组合与井壁间的摩擦力并有效改善钻压传递,减小井下扭转,减轻横向振动并提高机械钻速,延长PDC钻头的使用寿命。为此,开展了水力振荡器的研制工作。介绍了水力脉冲轴向振荡减阻钻井技术的减阻原理,对水力振荡器的主要结构进行了技术分析。胜利油田3口井的试验结果表明,工具原理正确,结构可靠,压力损耗4.5MPa左右,工作寿命超过100 h,可提高机械钻速20%以上;同时还可改善定向钻进工具面的控制,有效提高定向能力。水力振荡器对常规PDC钻头及牙轮钻头具有良好的适应性。
By reducing the friction between sliding drilling string and borehole wall, hydraulic oscillator can effectively improve WOB transfer and reduce downhole drilling string twist and lateral vibration, thus improving ROP and prolonging the life cycle of PDC bits. To gain the benefits of hydraulic oscillator, the development work of hydraulic oscillator has been conducted. The friction reduction principle of the hydraulic pulse axial oscillation drill- ing technology is introduced, and the main structure of the hydraulic oscillator is analyzed. Test results in three wells in Shengli Oilfield indicate that the tool' s principle is correct and its structure is reliable. The developed hy- draulic oscillator has a pressure loss of about 4.5 MPa and a working life of more than 100 hours. During the test, the ROP has been improved by more than 20% , and directional capability has also been enhanced by the improved control of directional tool surface. The hydraulic oscillator has performed significant benefits during the application, and it has a great adaptability with conventional cone bits and PDC bits.
