摘要
鉴于现有高压管汇检测手段在评价管汇损伤程度方面的局限性,提出了基于金属磁记忆方法的高压管汇损伤检测评价方法。利用实验室自主研发的高压管汇冲蚀磨损试验机及磁记忆在线检测装置,开展了高压管汇材料30CrMo的冲蚀磨损磁记忆在线检测试验研究。采集信号经滤波处理后,二维重构冲蚀扫描区域的磁场梯度信号云图,观测云图可清晰地发现,在云图中心位置出现亮斑,并随着冲蚀时间的延长,亮斑面积逐渐增大,这与试样表面冲蚀坑大小的变化相符,说明磁记忆检测技术能够较好地识别高压管汇材料的冲蚀磨损状态,为进一步评价高压管汇的冲蚀损伤程度提供依据。
In view of the limitations of existing detection methods for wear degree assessment of high-pressure manifold, a new wear detection and assessment method is proposed based on the metal magnetic memory meth- od. By using self-developed high pressure manifold erosion test equipment and the on-line magnetic memory detec- tion device, a series of erosion wear magnetic memory tests on the high pressure manifold material 30CrMo are con- ducted. The acquired signals are filtered and then the two-dimensional cloud picture of magnetic field gradient sig- nals of scanned areas is reconstructed. The test results show that highlight could be distinctly observed in the center of cloud picture, and its size increases with the increment of erosion time, which is consistent with the surface ero- sion area changes of the testing sample. Thus, the magnetic memory detection technology could be used to identify the erosion state of the high-pressure manifold material, providing basis for further wear degree assessment of high- pressure manifold.
