摘要 文章研究了应用三相桥式电压型逆变器驱动两相混合式步进电机实现位置跟踪,详细阐明了该拓扑结构驱动下的利用SVPWM控制策略实现步进电机的微步控制,并推导出各扇区参数的确定公式及约束条件。最后通过Matlab/Simulink进行仿真,仿真结果证明了三相桥式电压型逆变器驱动两相混合式步进电机的可行性,显示了基于三相逆变器的微步控制伺服系统的高性能。 The paper investigated a position tracking servo system for hybrid stepper motors by using three-phase voltage source inverter, the working principle of SVPWM strategy for the micro-stepping of two-phasestepper motors driven by the converter topology was illustrated in detail, the formulas of the parameters andthe basic constrain condition were presented. Also, the system simulation model was buih by using Matlab/Simulink, the feasibility of the converter topology for two-phase hybrid stepper motors was verified and thesimulation results demonstrate high performance of the servo system.
