摘要
医学形态学是一门重要的医学基础课程,实验教学则是形态学教学的关键环节。传统形态学实验教学模式依赖于书本、玻璃切片和光学显微镜三者的结合,存在一定局限性。随着数字化技术和信息化技术在高校的普及,现代化的教学手段已被逐步运用于教学之中,为形态学实验教学寻求新的途径。阐述和分析了虚拟切片技术的优势、特点和功能,介绍其在教学、临床和学术交流等领域的广泛应用,旨在更大限度地利用和共享有限的教学资源,激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,从而提高实验教学质量,深化实验教学改革。
Morphology is an important basic course of medicine,and the experimental teaching is an important part.Traditionally,morphological teaching is dependent on textbooks,glass slides and conventional microscope,and has limitations.With the popularity of the digital and informational technology in universities,some modern methods have been gradually applied in teaching.The new opportunities of didactics are created.This paper mainly describes the features,functions and advantages of virtual slides,and analyzes the wide application of it in teaching,clinical and academic in order to explore the new way for morphology experimental teaching and make full use of the teaching resources,The virtual technique helps to stimulate students 'motivation and enthusiasm,improve the teaching efficiency and promote the reform of experimental teaching.
