摘要
提出并合成了一种新型的非离子 -阴离子两性表面活性剂LF ,该活性剂在矿化度大于 10× 10 4 mg/L、氯化钙大于 5 0 0 0mg/L的水中表现出良好的表面活性。对比研究了LF、石油磺酸盐及其复配体系耐盐和降低油水界面张力的能力。研究表明 :表面活性剂混合体系的耐盐能力随LF比例的增加而增强 ;对于一给定矿化度的地层水 ,复配体系能将界面张力降低至超低。文中给出了适合中原油田采油二厂濮城油田濮四南块、中原油田采油三厂卫 5 8块实施的配方及初步试验效果。
A new structure surfactant LF with non?ionic and anionic hydrophilic group is proposed and synthesized. LF shows good surface activity in water with salinity more than 10×10 4mg/L and CaCl 2 more than 5000mg/L. The salt tolerance property and the capacity of decreasing oil?brine interfacial tension of LF, petroleum sulfonate and their compound system are studied by comparison. It presents that the capacity of salt tolerance will increase with increases of LF proportion. The interfacial tension will decrease to ultralow value for the formation water with given salinity. The formula fitting for south Pu 4 block in Pucheng oil field and Wei 58 block in Weicheng oil field of Zhongyuan and their preliminary testing results are given in this paper.
