石蜡微胶囊外墙保温砂浆的施工及保温隔热性能 被引量:13

摘要 采用分层施工方法,将石蜡微胶囊外墙保温砂浆和普通砂浆分别施工于两房间外墙表面;定期观察施工墙面有无开裂和空鼓;在夏季和冬季,分别用多通道温度传感器测试两房间外墙内、外表面温度和室内温度,对比两房间各相同部位的温度及变化,评价两种砂浆的保温隔热效果。结果显示,施工墙面无开裂和空鼓;夏季,抹石蜡微胶囊外墙保温砂浆房间各测试部位温度明显低于抹普通砂浆房间相应部位温度,而且其温度波动平缓、幅度较小;冬季,两房间各相同部位温度差异不明显。以上结果表明,石蜡微胶囊外墙保温砂浆的保温隔热性能优于普通砂浆,其夏季保温隔热效果优于冬季。 Using layer-built method,microencapsulated paraffin external insulation mortar was constructed on exterior surface of one room,while conventional mortar without microencapsulated paraffin was constructed on exterior surface of the other room.The cracking and hollowing of the exterior surface of the walls were observed from time to time.Indoor temperature of these two rooms,exterior surface temperature and interior surface temperature of these two walls with different mortar were tested by multi-channel temperature sensor in sum-mer and in winter,the temperature and it’s change of the same part of these two rooms were compared.The thermal insulation effect of the different mortar was evaluated.The result shows that the exterior surface of the walls were well without any cracking and hollowing;in summer,the temperature of each test part of the room with microencapsulated paraffin external insulation mortar was lower than that of the other room with conven-tional mortar,and the temperature changes more gently and the temperature fluctuation was less;in winter, the difference in temperature of the same part of these two rooms was less.The result indicates that the thermal insulation performance of microencapsulated paraffin external insulation mortar was superior to the conventional mortar;the thermal insulation effect of microencapsulated paraffin external insulation mortar in summer was better than in winter.
