摘要
雌激素是一种甾体激素,具有广泛的组织分布,包括生殖系统、骨骼、心血管系统等,可诱导乳腺肿瘤的发生。雌激素导致乳腺癌的完全机制仍不明确,但已知其中重要的机制之一就是刺激乳腺癌组织的生长和抑制凋亡。本文就雌激素,雌激素受体与乳腺癌的关系进行综述。
Estrogen is a steroid hormone,ER is widely spread in tissues including reproductive system ,skeleton and cardiovas-cular system,could induce breast cancer.Complete mechanism of estrogen cause breast cancer remains unclear,but One important mechanism which is known to stimulate the growth of breast cancer and inhibition of apoptosis.Here is to review the full text on estro-gen,estrogen receptor and breast cancer relationship.
