摘要
架座是遥控武器站的主要承重件,目前已认识到架座结构和刚强度对遥控武器站射击精度等动态特性影响较大,但对武器本身的影响特性并不明确。为了研究架座对武器本身的影响特性规律,以机枪武器站为研究对象,利用ANSYS WorkBench和ADAMS仿真软件建立了武器站刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,分别对无架座、刚性架座和柔性架座3种情况下的武器动态特性进行了仿真研究,结果表明,某型机枪安装在武器站上,其自动机动态特性和射频等都有所改变,为遥控武器站研发及性能评价提供了理论指导。
The base structure is the main bearing structure for the Remote Control Weapon Stations(RCWS). At present,the fact that the structure shape and strength affect the firing accuracy and other dynamic characteristic most. But the effect on the weapon itself is not clear. To study the effect on the weapon,based on a machine gun RCWS,the rigid-flexible model of the machine gun RCWS is established by the ANSYS WorkBench and ADAMS simulation software. The weapon dynamic characteristic under the three situations of no base structure,rigid base structure and flexible base structure is studied respectively by simulation. The study result indicates that after the machine gun fixed on the RCWS,its automata dynamic characteristic and firing rate are changed. That offered the foundation for the develop and capability estimate of RCWS.
