故障结构分解的航空发动机执行机构估计

摘要 作为航空发动机控制系统的易损部件,执行机构的故障估计目前尚缺少有效方法。采用故障结构分解的方法,通过重构输出变量来分离出输出变量中与故障无关的部分,并由此得出故障与状态量、输出量之间的关系;将故障信号与原有的状态变量合并为新的状态变量得到系统的增广模型;最后对该增广模型设计全维观测器实现故障估计和状态估计。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。 Currently there is no efficient method to estimate the fault of actuators,which is a damageable part of aero-engine control system. A fault structure decompose method is proposed in this article,through which the output variables are reconfigured and the irrelevant part is separated. And the relationship between fault and status variables and output variables is figured out. Then an augmented model with the new status variable including the fault and the original status variables is settled. The full-dimensional observer is finally designed on the augmented model to achieve the estimation of fault and status variables. Numerical simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
