摘要
根据主导功能调查和整治模式选择结果,划定农村建设用地整治调查分区即C型、I型和M型典型样区,以分区特征为依据,对不同区域农村建设用地整治理论潜力进行选择性提取,通过建立农村建设用地整治潜力修正评价指标体系,对理论潜力进行修正计算.结果显示,研究区农村建设用地整治理论潜力为486.72hm2、修正潜力为433.11hm2,C型区、I型区和M型区的潜力比重分别为42.79%,50.22%和6.98%,即采用村内整合型农村社区建设模式区域的整治潜力比重最大,采用迁村并居型农村社区建设模式区域的评价单元个体整治潜力均值最大.
T he investigation partition of rural construction land rearrangement has firstly been divided into three typical sample areas respectively in this paper ,namely ,C‐type I‐type and M‐type ,according to selec‐tion of dominate survey and rearrangement mode ,extracted the theoretical potential of different rural con‐struction land rearrangement area selectively based on the characteristics of the partition ,and calculated the correction of theoretical potential through building the correcting evaluation index system for rural con‐struction land rearrangement .The result shows that the theoretical potential is 486 .72 hm2 and the correc‐ted potential is 433 .11 hm2 ,the proportion of potential for C‐type area ,I‐type area and M‐type area re‐spectively are 42 .79% ,50 .22% and 6 .98% ,w hich meant the proportion for village integration mode is the maximal and the mean value for the evaluated unit of village relocation mode is maximal .
