摘要
为了提高树木移栽机在不同工况下,达到最佳的工作效率,本文提出了针对树木移栽机工作原理中铲刀阻力所带来的问题,应用负载敏感系统作为整台机械的液压系统。在AMESim软件的仿真平台上,建立了负载敏感系统仿真模型图,设置了元件中的相应参数,为验证模型的正确性以及进行后续的动态特性分析做准备。选定的负载压力范围在0~30 MPa,仿真时间设置为1 s,采样时间为0.001 s,在节流阀全开的情况下,样本曲线压力增大时,流量有细微的下降;接着,验证阀负载压力分别为0、5、10 MPa、15、20时,泵的出口压力与节流阀出口压力之差始终保持在一个稳定的数值上,这就说明,依靠负载敏感系统就可以顺利解决了压力与外界负载变化无关这项课题。
In order to improve the tree transplanting machine under different conditions and achieve the best efficiency,this paper proposed to apply the load-sensitive system as the whole machine's hydraulic system in consideration of the problems of blade resistance for the tree transplanting machine. Based on the AMESim simulation software,load sensitive simulation model was established and the element corresponding parameters were set up,which has made preparation to verify the correctness of the model and the subsequent analysis of the dynamic characteristics. The load pressure was selected in the range of 0- 30MPa,the simulation time was set to 1s,and the sampling time was 0. 001s. In the case of full throttle,the pressure curve increased when the sample flow rate decreased slightly. Then,the test on load pressures at 0,5,10,15,and 20MPa showed that the difference between the throttle valve outlet pressure and the pump outlet pressure was always maintained at a stable value,which indicated that the load-sensitive system can successfully resolve the subject that pressure is not associated with the variation of external load.
