摘要
根据精益生产线需求,设计制造了系列立板回转式快换夹具。该夹具满足了数控精益生产线生产需求,大幅提高了精益生产线的加工效率,扩展了普通数控设备的四轴能力。同时介绍了该夹具在精益生产中的实际应用。
According to lean line＇ s needs, a series of upright plate rotary quick changing fixture were designed and manufactured. The fixture meet the production needs, increase the machining efficiency of lean line, and extends the capabil- ities of ordinary four- axis CNC equipment. Meanwhile, the practical application of the fixture in lean line were introduced.
