摘要 目的:为了解决目前大型综合性医院医学装备种类繁多、管理成本高、效率低等问题,研制基于B/S架构的医学装备全寿命周期管理信息系统。方法:首先以医疗器械的分类为依据,按照国家药监局颁布的分类目录对医学装备进行规范的编码;其次根据全寿命周期的思想,按照医学装备的立项计划、采购、使用维修到最终报废4个环节确定系统的工作流程,构建基于B/S结构的医学装备全寿命周期管理信息系统。结果:该系统实现了医学装备全寿命周期管理中各个部门的衔接和整合,达到了管理流程标准化、人员岗位制度化、工作信息透明化、成本核算实时化、数据分析科学化。结论:该系统体现了全寿命周期管理的理念,加强了对医学装备的监管力度,满足了医院医学装备管理工作的需要。 Objective To develop a medical equipment whole-life management information system based on B/S structure to solve the problems of excessive types,exorbitant management cost,low efficiency and etc.Methods Standardized coding of medical equipment was performed according to the classified catalogue issued by SFDA,and then the working flow of medical equipment was determined involving four links of planning,purchase,usage and maintenance as well as decommission,finally the B/S-structure-based system was developed.Results The system realized the connection and integration of all related departments,and implemented standardized management flow,institutionalized staff post,apparent working information,real-time cost accounting and scientific data analysis.Conclusion The system practices the theory of whole-life management,and enhances the supervision of medical equipment and meets the requirements of its management.
