摘要
以实验室分离得到的枯草芽孢杆菌菌株LDB1为实验材料,通过对该菌株分别进行固体、液体培养条件下的抑菌谱比较研究,以明确该菌株对主要植物病原真菌的抑制效果。结果表明:(1)两种处理方式均对供试的8种植物病原真菌表现出较好的抑制效果;(2)除水稻纹枯病菌和苹果轮纹病菌外,LDB1菌株发酵液对其他6种病原菌的抑制作用皆比其固体状态强,Duncan多重比较分析显示,在α=0.05的水平上,两种处理方式差异显著。
In this study , the Bacillus subtilis strain LDB1 isolated by our laboratory was cultured under the condition of solid culture or liquid culture , and its antifungal spectrums to main plant pathogenic fungi were determined and compared .The results were as follows:(1) The strain LDB1 cultured under two different conditions all had obvious inhibitory effect on the tested 8 plant pathogenic fungi;(2) Except for Rhizoctonia solani and Physalospora piricola, the antifungal activity of LDB1 fermented suspension to other 6 plant pathogenic fungi was stronger than that of solid -state LDB1, and the significant (α=0.05) difference in the anti-fungal activity of LDB1 between two treatments was found by Duncan ’ s multiple comparison and analysis .
