摘要
以某观光塔钢结构工程为例,借鉴国家体育场——"鸟巢"钢结构中三角柱菱形内柱成熟的制作工艺,以实际加工构件为出发点,对菱形节点的制作进行了工艺剖析和阐述。通过深层次分析制作重点和难点,确定最优化的加工制作方案,保证了菱形组合钢柱加工的可操作性及焊接质量的可靠性。
This paper takes steel structure with a tour tower as an example, use the mature experience of triangular prism steel structure in the Bird＇s Nest National Olympic Stadium. It is proceeding from the actual processing components, analyses and expounds the fabri- cation of the diamond node. Confirm craft optimal programmed with analyze the key and difficult part of the fabrication ; make sure the operability of diamond composite column and reliability of welding quality.
