青岛火车北站钢结构工程“主拱”加工制作技术

摘要 介绍了青岛火车北站钢结构工程"主拱"的结构特点,整个青岛北站采用大跨度拱形预应力体系钢结构,为了得到特殊的建筑效果,青岛北站屋盖结构的部分构件采用异型截面。空间姿态为飞鸟展翅形状,着重阐述了"主拱"在工厂制作过程中,"主拱"中异形截面的瓦片板件的折弯成型技术,通过对主拱中特殊部位的坡口设置、各工序的精度控制和有效的装配、焊接工艺及措施,合理安排构件焊缝的焊接顺序,确保了主拱异形构件的制作精度。 This paper introduced the structure characteristics of the steel structure engineering “main arch” of Qingdao train north station, the steel structure engineering adopts the system of prestressed steel structure, large-span arch. In order to get special construction effect, the roof structure of component adopts single section, Space posture for bird wings shape, emphatically this paper expounds the main arch in the process of production in the factory: tiling board profiled in bending binning, the special part of the main arch groove set, accuracy control of each process and effective assembly and welding technology and measures, reasonable arrangement of component seam welding sequence, to ensure the production precision of the main arch shaped components.
