摘要 目的:探讨3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠对谷氨酸引起的PC12细胞损伤的保护作用。方法:采用谷氨酸诱导PC12细胞损伤模型,加入不同浓度3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠处理,采用MTT法检测PC12细胞活力(细胞成活率),测定乳酸脱氢酶活性及测定超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量。结果:3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠能提高谷氨酸损伤后PC12细胞的存活率;抑制谷氨酸损伤后导致的乳酸脱氢酶活性变化;提高超氧化物歧化酶活性并降低丙二醛含量。结论:3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠对谷氨酸引起的PC12细胞损伤具有明显的保护作用。 Objective:To study the protective effect of 3′-DSS on the PC12 cell injury caused by glutamate. Method:PC12 Cell injure model was induced by glutamate,different concentrations of 3′-DSS were added in different treating groups separately. The cell activity and survival rate of PC12 was determined by MTT,the content of MDA,the activity of LDh and SOD,were also determined. Results:3′-DSS can increase the survival rate of injured PC12 cells. Lactate dehydrogenase activity caused by the glutamate injury was inhibited by 3′-DSS,while the SOD activity was increased and the content of MDA was decreased. Conclusion:3′-DSS has protective effect on treating PC12 cell injury caused by glutamate.
