不同专业类别大学生营养认知 态度与行为的研究 被引量:2

Study on Different-majored College Students' Cognition,Attitude and Behavior to Nutrition

摘要 以山西省主要8所高校的三、四年级学生,并将这8所高校学生分为三个专业类别:普系类、体育类、医科类.采用问卷调查及数理统计方法,调查不同专业类别大学生营养知识得分状况,运动营养认积压状况采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计分析,对数据进行方差分析、t检验和χ2检验.研究发现,医科类、体育类大学生由于其在校期间受到了营养学理论教育,故其营养学知识认知状况好于普系类.大学生普遍对运动时合理营养补给的重要性有一定认识,运动中期营养成的补给常衩忽略.故为进一步提高大学生营养认知能力,学校应对学生进行营养健康指导. 900 students from 8 colleges of Shanxi are survied. They are divided into 3 classifications,ordinary majored subject(OS),medicine majored subject(MS) and P. E majored subject (PS). The survey questionnaire is analyzed by SPSS 17.0 with analysis of variance (ANOVE) ,chi -square test (Х^2test) and t test. Study on student's cognition of nutrition:MS and PS students' s score of nutritional knowledge is better than OS students.
