染色质重塑酶BRG1在心血管发育和疾病中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 染色质重塑复合物能够对基因表达进行重新编程,从而在哺乳动物的心血管胚胎发育和出生后病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。包含BRG1的染色质重塑复合物能够促进心血管相关转录因子与基因启动子结合以调节基因转录。进一步的研究或有助于发现更加特异性的心脏疾病相关基因及发病机制。BRG1在主动脉平滑肌和心肌细胞及细胞外基质领域的研究结果,提示其在心血管疾病的发病过程中发挥重要作用。
