摘要
液压底部往复式刮泥浓缩机是依据水力学原理设计的能够连续产生往复运动传输污泥的底部刮泥机,由液压驱动系统、连杆系统、刮泥框架三个系统构成,工作时由液压驱动系统通过连杆机构带动刮泥框架在沉淀池底部平面上做往复运动。在安装时,要确保各机械活动部分活动的灵活、可靠和阻力最小化。
Reciprocating scraping sludge thickener with hydraulic bottom was designed based on the principle of hydraulics, which was consist of fluid power system, linkage system and mud scraping frame. Mud scraping frame was driven to do reciprocating motion at the bottom of sedimentation tank through linkage system by fluid power system. When installing, each mechanical part could act flexible and reliable, and the resistance should be minimum.
