摘要
热浸镀锌液中的铝含量对镀层合金化后的耐蚀性有重要影响。用电化学和循环腐蚀试验方法研究了锌液中不同Al含量热镀锌层合金化后的耐蚀性能。结果表明:当锌液中Al含量为0.13%时,镀层具有较高的耐蚀性;随着锌液中Al含量的增加,镀层的阻抗值下降,腐蚀增重量上升,耐蚀性恶化;镀层/钢基体界面处Fe-Al化合物量逐渐上升,镀层中总的Fe含量降低,镀层表面出现红斑的面积逐渐下降;当镀层中含有一定量的Fe元素时,不应以镀层表面出现红斑的时间或面积来评价镀层的耐蚀性能。
The influence of Al content in zinc bath on the corrosion resistance of galvannealed coating(GA) was evaluated by electrochemical method and cyclic corrosion test. Results showed that the GA coating obtained from the zinc bath containing 0. 13% Al( mass fraction) exhibited outstanding corrosion resistance. The corrosion weight gain rose and the corrosion resistance worsened as the Al content in zinc bath increased,while the amount of Fe-Al compound at the coating-substrate interface rose gradually therewith. Besides,the total Fe content and the proportion of red rust of GA coatings declined with increasing Al content in the zinc bath. Moreover,the area of red rust or the time for the red rust to emerge could not be applied to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the GA coating containing a certain amount of Fe element.
