摘要
利用武汉市2007—2011年的人口和就业面板数据,通过ArcGIS方法探索人口与就业的分布与扩散在空间上的差异性,再运用异速增长模型和人口—就业相互作用模型分析二者的空间协调性及其引致关系。结果发现,武汉市就业主要集中于中心城区,而人口近一半集中在近远郊区;2007—2011年,人口和就业仍向中心城区集中的同时也向外围扩散,各圈层人口与就业扩散同步性较差,特别是在内部圈层,就业先于人口向郊区扩散;总体上武汉市各圈层的人口与就业发展相对独立,并不存在相互的引致关系。
A large amounts of researches have been done on the issue of "people follow jobs" or "jobs follow people" in the foreign countries while many papers concerned more about their spatial relationship than their endogenous relationship in China. This paper explored both of the spatial distribution and dynamic relationship between population and employment of Wuhan. Based on the data from Wuhan Statistical Yearbook, the second economic census of Wuhan and Wuhan bureau, the paper make use of buffering tools in ArcGis to explore the spatial distribution and diffusion of population and employment and use Allometric Analysis and pop-emp interaction model ( eg. CM model and Boarnet model ) to check the dynamic relationship and causality between population and employment. The results show that half of the population is distributed in Huangpi, Wuchang, Hongshan and Xinzhou District and employment is mainly distributed in the central urban area. From 2007 to 2011, population and employment are still concentrating in central urban area and expanding to peripheral area at the same time. According to the results, Population diffusion was not in harmony with employment diffusion and lagged behind employment diffusion, population increase and employment increase exist no causality, implying there may be other factors to cause the two increase, which is the future exploring.
