摘要
以山东省工业能耗状况为研究对象,通过构建LMDI模型和高能耗产业识别模型,将工业能耗总量增长的因素分解为规模效应、结构效应和技术效应,识别1991—2011年的能耗密集型产业,比较能耗密集型产业结构变动趋势,并分析能耗强度空间演变格局,得出以下结论:①电力、煤气及水的生产和供应业,化工原料及化学制品制造业等七大产业为山东省能耗密集型产业。②规模效应是推动能耗总量增加的主要因素,技术效应对减缓能源消耗量的增加起到了决定作用,结构效应对降低能耗增加量的作用在加强,短期内能耗总量还将呈现持续增长的态势,但增速在放缓。③东部沿海地区的工业能耗强度明显小于西部地区,其中烟台、青岛和威海市一直处于低能耗水平,莱芜、日照、枣庄、聊城和淄博市长期处于高能耗水平。研究对于山东省走"新型工业化道路",开展"节能减排"工作,建设"资源节约型社会"具有一定的理论和实践意义。
The relationship of energy consumption and economic development is mutual promotion and mutual restriction, achieve both balanced and sustainable development, needs to adjust the energy and economic structure, increase the innovation and application of energy-saving technologies. This paper, taking the energy consumption of industrial in Shandong province as the research object, by building Energy-intensive industry recognition mode and LMDI model, distinguishing the energy-intensive industry and analyzing its structure change, braking down influencing factors of the energy consumption into scale effect, structure effect and technical effect. We can draw the following conclusions: (1)Electricity, gas and water production and supply industry, Chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, and so on, are the seven industrial energy-intensive industries for Shandong province. (2)Scale effect is the main factor of energy consumption add, Technical effect plays a decisive role to slow the increase of energy consumption, Structure effect to reduce the energy consumption amount is being enhanced. In the short term, the amount of energy consumption will keep growth situation, but growth will slow. (3)In terms of spatial pattern, the eastern coastal cities on industrial energy intensity are better than the western cities. Yantai, Qingdao and Weihai at the forefront, Laiwu, the energy intensity of Rizhao, Zaozhuang, Liaocheng and Zibo is higher in the long time. Research on the energy consumption of industrial in Shandong Province, has a certain theoretical and practical significance for running "A new road to industrialization", doing "energy conservation and emissions reduction" work, and the establishment of ecological construction and resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
