摘要
以麋鹿、獐、马鹿、梅花鹿、白唇鹿和狍6种鹿科动物的冬季上毛为研究对象,通过对背中部上毛长度、细度、髓质指数、鳞片长宽比、横向单位长度(200μm)的鳞片数量等性状指标的比较结果表明:这6种鹿科动物的冬季上毛细度在300 ~ 800 μm之间,上毛长度在37 ~ 65 mm之间,髓质指数在96.2% ~ 97.5%之间,横向单位长度(200 μm)的鳞片数量在2.5~3.8个之间,鳞片长宽比在0.2~0.6之间.其中白唇鹿的上毛细度在600 μm以上,高于其他5种动物;马鹿的鳞片长宽比为0.5以上,高于其他5种动物;獐的上毛长度在40 mm以下、横向单位长度(200 μm)的鳞片数量在3以下,低于其他5种动物.
We sampled the winter outer hair of six species of captive Cervidae, including Pere David's deer ( Elaphurus davidianus), water deer ( Hydropotes inermis), red deer ( Cervus ela- phus), Sika deer( Cervus nippon), Thorold's deer( Cervus albirostris) and roe deer( Capreolus capreolus). We compared the length, fineness, medullary index, length-width ratio of scales, scale number per 200 μm( perpendicular to hair shaft)of outer hair( guard hair)sampled from the mid-dorsal region of captive deer in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China in mid-winter 2013 -2014. The fineness of winter outer hair ranged from 300 to 800 μm, length ranged from 37 to 65 mm, medul- lary index ranged from 96% to 98%, scale number per 200 μm ranged from 2.5 to 3. 8, scale length-width ratio ranged from 0. 2 to 0.6. Thorold's Deer outer hair thickness was 〉600 μm, which was higher than for the other five species. Red deer scale length-width ratio was 〉 0.5, higher than for the other five species. Water deer outer hair length was 〈40 mm and scale number per 200 μm was 〈3, both lower than for the other five species.
