Nano checker 710和Abbott i4 000检测血清心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的比较研究

摘要 目的通过两种方法检测血清肌钙蛋白I结果的比较,探讨Nano checker 710的临床应用价值。方法收集340例患者血清在Abbott i4 000和Nano checker 710上同时检测cTnI含量。对检测结果进行回归分析,以Abbott i4 000结果为标准比较两种方法阳性检出率并绘制ROC曲线。结果 i4 000和Nano checker710检测总阳性率分别为91.18%、66.18%,两者间差异有统计学意义;低浓度组两种方法检出率差异有统计学意义,但阴性组和高浓度组差异无统计学意义;低浓度组、高浓度组两种方法的相关系数分别为0.350、0.749。checker 710的ROC曲线下面积为0.903。结论 Nano checker 710检测血清cTnI特异性高,但敏感性稍低,适用于急性心血管病患者的急诊检测和初步筛查,但对于溶血的标本和与临床不符合的标本需要在i4 000进行检测。 Objective To compare the two methods by the results of serum troponin I, and explore the clinical value of Nano checker 710. Methods 340 cases of patients with simultaneous detection of serum cTnI levels in the Abbott i4000 and Nano checker 710.
