摘要
研究了温度、光照和赤霉素浓度对秀雅杜鹃种子萌发的影响.结果表明,温度过高并不利于秀雅杜鹃种子发芽,一定变温、较低温度条件处理可以促进秀雅杜鹃种子萌发;3种光照处理对秀雅杜鹃的最终发芽率没有太明显的影响,而在24 h全光照状态下,其发芽势要低于另外2种光照处理;采用不同浓度的赤霉素溶液浸种处理秀雅杜鹃种子,其发芽率和发芽势都有较大程度的提高,大部分处理的出芽时间都集中在播种后的第8~9天.本研究为秀雅杜鹃的种质保存和开发利用提供了科学依据.
The effects of temperature, light time and gibberellins (GA3 ) on Rhododendron concinnum seed germination were studied. The results showed that high temperature had negative effects on seed germination and the germination vigor at 20 ~C were significantly higher than those at two other temperature treatments. There was also no significant effects of three light time treats on the start germination time, percentage of germination, However, it was observed that the germination vigor under 24 h lighting was much lower than those under two other light treatments. Compared with the controls, after the seeds were soaked for 24 h in different concentrations of GA3 ,percentage and vigor of germination were dramatically increased, and the start time of germination was 4 -5 days earlier. Therefore, the finding from this study would help the germplasm conserva- tion,development and utilization of Rhododendron concinnum.
