摘要 分析了我国毛纺行业节能与减排的现状。通过中国毛纺织行业协会采集的数据资料,统计、分析了毛纺行业工业总产值能耗、单位产品能耗和污染物治理与排放状况,研究了行业的经济效益、工艺技术水平、管理水平对能耗与排放控制的影响。提出了积极应对的措施建议,指出加强节能减排统计与管理、促进节能减排新技术的研发与推广、深入开展清洁生产是转型升级的重要工作,为"十二五"后期节能减排工作的深入开展提供参考,也为"十三五"可持续发展规划研究奠定基础,引导行业实现可持续和生态型生产的目标。 This paper analyzes the current situation of energy saving and emission reduction of the China's wool textile industry. On the basis of the data collected by China Wool Textile Association, it makes analysis of the energy consumption per RMB10,000 turnover, the energy consumption of unit product, the situation of pollutant discharge and the level of pollution treatments. It also studies the effects of the wool industry economic performance, technology level and management on energy consumption and emission control, provides actively corresponding suggestions. The paper points out the strengthening statistics and management of energy saving and emission reduction, promoting the research and spread of new technologies of energy saving and emission reduction and further developing clean production are very important to transformation and upgrading of wool textile industry. The paper is the reference for the further work of energy saving and emission reduction during the later period of “ the twelfth five year plan” and the planning for "the thirteen five year plan", guides the industry to achieve the goal of sustainable and ecological production.
