钢卷准备装置中芯轴的设计与分析

摘要 针对钢卷在成为合格的产品之前,都必须进行矫正和加工的操作处理,然后对板带硬化及消除应力后的钢卷板进行平整处理的问题,仔细研究并且设计了钢卷准备装置的总体结构,完成了在钢卷平整之前将钢卷被板带压出压痕的最外圈剪去,并且处理钢卷的带头便于后续穿带的任务。详细的介绍了钢卷准备装置的工艺流程,并且对钢卷准备轴的芯轴部分进行了详细的设计计算和强度分析,利用SolidWorks软件对芯轴的楔块部分进行了应力的有限元分析,从而确保了装置设计的合理性和安全性。 According to steel coil must be straightened and processed, then leveled after plate and strip hardened and stress relieved before becoming eligible product, overall structure of steel coil preparation device is detailtedly researched and designed, the mission of cutting off the outer ring by the pressure mark left by plate and strip, and treatment of tape leader for later threading is accomplished. Technical flow of steel coil preparation device is introduce& design calculation strength analysis of steel coil preparation device core shaft has been made. Finite element analysis of core shaft wedge block has been made using SolidWorks, the rationality and safety of the design is ensured.
