摘要
目的:总结调强放疗联合替吉奥治疗老年食管癌急性毒副反应的观察及护理要点。方法:回顾性分析29例老年食管癌患者应用调强放疗联合替吉奥治疗,在治疗期间出现的急性毒副反应及护理措施。结果:本组29例患者治疗期间,主要的毒副反应为放射性食管炎为93.0%,放射性肺损伤为17.2%,骨髓抑制为44.7%,恶心为44.8%,呕吐为27.6%,腹泻为41.4%,疲劳为62.0%。结论:通过积极主动地指导患者用药,密切观察患者反应,并及时采取相应有效的护理措施,本组患者均能顺利完成放、化疗治疗。
Objective：To summary the toxic and side effect and nursing of intensity modulated radiation therapy（IMRT） combine with Cimeracil and Oteracil Potassium Capsules for elder patients with esophageal cancer.Method：Retrospective analysis the toxic and side effect and nursing measures when the 29 cases of elderly patients with esophageal cancer received IMRT combine with Cimeracil and Oteracil Potassium Capsules.Result：During the treatment,the acute toxic and side effect were radioactive esophagitis（93.0%）,radiation-induced pulmonary injury（17.2%）,bone marrow suppression（44.7%）,nausea（44.8%）, emesis（27.6%）,diarrhea（41.4%）,fatigue（62.0%）.Conclusion：By actively guiding the patients with drug use,closely observing the patient responses,and effective nursing measures,this group of patients can complete the treatment smoothly.
