摘要
研究颗粒包装机工作原理,分析颗粒包装机运动特性,提出将椭圆齿轮引入颗粒包装机传动机构,通过与偏心链轮法优化的颗粒包装机对比,表明椭圆齿轮法优化的颗粒包装机在横封封接速度不变的情况下,生产效率显著提高。同时明确偏心率的合理取值范围以及偏心率大小对生产效率的影响。最后,为实现包装袋大小的可调性,提出纵封辊半径的标准化设计,为颗粒包装机传动机构的创新设计提供理论依据。
The working principle of particles packaging machine is studied. The kinematic charac- teristic of particles packaging machine is analyzed. Introducing elliptical gear into transmission mecha- nism of particles packaging machine is presented. Compared with the eccentric sprocket method, the result shows that when the sealing velocity of traverse seal keeps invariant, the production efficiency is improved evidently after using particles packaging machine optimized by elliptical gear. And the ration- al value range of eccentricity ratio and the effect of eccentricity ratio on production efficiency are clari- fied. At last, for achieving the size adjustment of packaging bag, the standardization design of the longitudinal seal roller radius is proposed, which facilitates the innovative design of transmission mechanism of particles packaging machine.
