摘要
目的:研究50~59岁不同脉搏波传播速度人群在逐级递增负荷实验中血管指标的变化,为其有效运动、避免运动风险提供科学依据.方法:以83名50~59岁成年人为研究对象,测定运动中该人群的心率、血压、脉搏波传播速度(brachial-ankle Pulse Wave Velocity,ba-PWV)等血管机能评价指标的变化.结果:(1)ba-PWV>1700cm/s人群比ba-PWV< 1400cm/s人群、1400cm/s<ba-PWV< 1700cm/s人群普遍肥胖;(2)ba-PWV>1700cm/s人群和1400cm/s<ba-PWV< 1700cm/s人群安静状态下收缩压高于ba-PWV<1400cm/s人群,具有显著性差异;(3)在递增负荷运动中ba-PWV< 1400cm/s人群和1400cm/s<ba-PWV< 1700cm/s人群舒张压始终在正常范围内,ba-PWV> 1700cm/s人群在负荷大于100W后舒张压迅速上升,超过正常范围;(4)ba-PWV>1700cm/s人群和1400cm/s<ba-PWV< 1700cm/s人群在递增负荷实验中均有超过40%的受试者因为血压过高而终止实验.结论:(1)ba-PWV> 1700cm/s人群多伴有肥胖症状;(2)ba-PWV> 1700cm/s人群可能会是运动中心血管风险事件的高发人群;(3)ba-PWV<1400cm/s人群和1400cm/s<ba-PWV<1700cm/s人群运动中心率、血压上升平稳,上升速率小于ba-PWV> 1700cm/s人~群;(4)普通人的运动心血管危险可有效的用脉搏波传播速度进行预测,防止运动风险的发生.
Purpose: Researching the changes in incremental exercise of the crowd having different pulse wave velocity in the range of 50-59 years old,provide a scientific basis for their effective exercise and avoiding movement risk. Methods: Selected 83 volunteers 50-59 years of age for the study, Measured changes in blood vessel function evaluation during exercise, such as their heart rate, blood pressure, brachial-ankle Pulse Wave Velocity(ba-PWV). Results: (1)The crowd whose ba-PWV〉1700cm/s is generally fatter than these crowd whose ba-PWV〈1400cm/s and 1400cm/s〈ba-PWV〈 1700cm/s;(2)The Systolic blood pressure of the crowds whose ba- PWV〉1700cm/s and 1400cm/s 〈ba-PWV〈1700cm/s is obviously higher than whose ba-PWV〈1400cm/s in the quiet state; (3 )In Exercise with increasing loads, the diastolic blood pressure of the crowd whose ba-PWV〈 1400cm/s and whose 1400cm/s〈ba-PWV〈1700cm/s always within the normal range. But that of the crowds whose ba-PWV〉1700cm/s rise rapidly above the normal range when the load is greater than 100W;(4) In Exercise with increasing loads, there are more than 40% volunteers have to stop the experiment due to excessively high blood pressure, whose ba-PWV 〉1700cm/s and whose 1400cm/s 〈ba-PWV 〈1700cm/s. Conclusion:( 1 )More than half of the crowd whose ba-PWV〉1700cm/s have adiposity; (2)The crowd whose ba- PWV〉1700cm/s may be have a high risk of cardiovascular risk events during exercise;(3)The heart rate, blood pressure of the crowd whose ba-PWV〈1400cm/s and whose 1400cm/s〈ba-PWV〈1700cm/s rise steadily, and their rate of rising is less than the crowd whose ba-PWV〉1700cm/s.;(4)The ordinary people's sports cardiovascular risk can effectively be predicted using ba-PWV, and we can prevent the risk happen during exercise.
