摘要
通过对地理与生命科学学院2011-2012学年度15位教师的17门课程学生评教数据分析,结果发现:学生对于老教师的教学评价显著高于新教师,新教师在教学内容上的得分显著低于老教师;在19个二级指标,除了在布置作业和思考题方面新、老教师得分几乎无差异外,其余18个二级评价指标老教师得分均高于新教师,且有8个指标达到显著水平;从二级评价指标和总得分的相关程度来看,学生在评教中最为重视教师的课堂讲授内容是否充实、重点是否突出,讲授思路是否清晰,讲解逻辑性的强弱。
This paper studied the students' evaluation data of 17 courses which were lectured by 15 teachers in the College of geography and life sciences in 2011-2012 academic year, the results were as follows: the effect of older teachers was better significantly than new teachers in the students' evaluation, and scores of older teachers significantly were higher than new teachers on the teaching content; In 19 second-level evaluation indexes, in addition to the new and old teachers scores were regarded no difference on assignments and thinking questions, Old teachers scores were all higher than new teachers in the remaining 18 second-level evaluation indexes, and the differences of new and old teachers scores were significant in 8 second-level evaluation indexes; From the correlative degree of second-level index and total score, the students were more attentive on whether lecture content is substantial, whether teaching focus is highlighting, whether teaching ideas are clear,whether teaching logic is strong.
