National standard(GB14881- 2013) on national food safety standards/universal health standards for food production will be implemented in June 2014.Some learning experience on how to implement this national standard along with the national standard(GB8951- 88) on hygiene norm of production in liquor industry for liquor enterprise was discussed for a reference.
