摘要
采用醋酸洋红压片法对山杨小孢子发生和雄配子体发育进程进行观察的结果表明:温室水培状态下,山杨小孢子发生起始于水培后40 h,进入细线期,发育到四分体时期历时约108 h,水培116 h进入花粉单核期,完成小孢子发生和雄配子体发育大约需160 h。山杨小孢子发生发育过程与其雄花芽的外部特征和花药颜色有着密切关系,花药颜色由嫩绿色逐渐变为深红色。
The meiosis of microsporocytes and male gametophyte development in Populus davidiana were studied by aceto-carmine squash technique. Results showed that when Populus davidiana was cultured under hydroponic in the greenhouse for 40 h,microsporogenesis has started split into leptotene. And it developed to the tetrad lasting about 108 h. When cultured in water for 116 h,meiosis stages of male gametophyte developed into mononuclear pollen stage. Complete the microsporegenesis and development of male gametophyte in about 160 h. The meiosis of the pollen mother cells of Populus davidiana showed a high correlation to external characters of male flower buds,the color of anther gradually changed from peak green into deep red.
