摘要
通过文献评阅分析国内博士生导师的现状,指出进行博士生导师绩效考核的必要性。结合医院博士生导师自身的特点,探讨构建一套科学的医学博士生导师绩效考核指标体系。期望通过运用考核结果,为导师的淘汰、招生名额的分配提供全面、科学的依据。
This paper analyses current situation of PhD director and points out the necessity of PhD directors performance appraisal. Combined with the characteristics of PhD directors, a scientific performance evaluation index system for PhD directors is discussed to give full and scientific evidence on PhD directors' elimination and admissions quota allocation.
