潜艇柴油机和螺杆压缩机低压吹除系统动态性能比较 被引量:1

摘要 为比较柴油机和螺杆压缩机作为低压吹除气源对潜艇及舱内压载水运动规律的影响、提供潜艇低压吹除系统设计依据,将柴油机工作过程方程和螺杆压缩机工作过程方程分别与压载水吹除过程方程耦合,建立考虑压载水舱内排气背压与吹除气体流量间相互影响的吹除过程动态模型。根据假定的潜艇和压载水舱参数,应用模型计算分析2种吹除气源条件下低压吹除过程中压载水舱液面高度和潜艇吃水深度的影响。研究结果表明,相同设计流量条件下,使用柴油机废气吹除比螺杆压缩机吹除可节省吹除时间约3%。 Operating equations of diesel engine and screw compressor are employed to calculate effect of gas backpressure on gas mass flow rate,coupled with the dynamic gas compression equation,dynamic models taking the effect of back pressure change of deballasting machine on deballsting process into considered are developed.Using assumptive parameters of submarine and water tank,dynamic performance of diesel engine deballasting system and screw compressor deballasting system is compared.The results show that deballasting duration would achieve 3% reduction around while using diesel other than screw compressor as deballasting machine because its higher gas flow rate decrease while back pressure increases.
